Trained and certified to recognize, respond, and provide immediate support for mental health crises — empowering communities one person at a time.
Background
Anjeila Mae Lejarde holds a degree in AB Psychology and is a proud holder of two nationally recognized mental health certifications — a Certified Mental Health Trainer (CMHT) and a Certified Mental Health First Responder (CMHFR).
She is passionate about making mental health support accessible to everyone — from individuals navigating personal challenges, to teams and communities that need the tools to recognize and respond in times of crisis.
Anjeila is currently open to opportunities where she can apply her expertise in training, advocacy, and direct mental health support.
What I Offer
Learn how to identify warning signs of mental health crises and provide immediate, appropriate, and compassionate first-response support before professional help arrives.

Facilitating accessible mental health awareness sessions for communities, schools, and organizations — breaking down barriers and starting the right conversations.
Providing trained, calm, and structured immediate support in situations involving mental health emergencies — bridging the gap until professional care is available.
Why It Matters
